Driving Online Sales and Boosting Revenue for Choice Boutique

Founded in 1933, FashionHSE is a leading dynamic designer, manufacturer and distributor of apparel and accessories. Collections are stocked in retail stores internationally across 24 countries as well as across eCommerce channels, catering to both B2B and B2C markets. FashionHSE is the owner of the successful boutique Choice Boutique. With nine physical stores across Ireland and selling online internationally, Choice Boutique recognised the importance of expanding their digital presence. To boost year-over-year marketing revenue and attract new customers, they enlisted GrowWeb to explore new campaign formats and channels. By leveraging data-driven strategies and continuously adapting to market changes, we were able to exceed the target KPIs that were set at the outset of the campaign.

Our approach

We conducted thorough research to understand the competitive landscape and identify target audience segments. Utilising keyword research, we optimised campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Multiple platforms were assessed including Google, Meta, Pinterest and TikTok to ensure we invested budget in the right channels to reach the right customers.

We used a script to analyse historical shopping campaign performance, identified best-selling brands and applied custom labels.  Custom labels were also created for best-selling brands like Peruzzi, the client’s house label brand, to maximise reach and engagement.

Through strategic budget allocation and continuous analysis, we achieved consistent revenue growth. By utilising attribution modelling, we were able to delve deep into the pathways that consumers take on their journey to making a purchase.  By understanding this complexity, we were able to accurately attribute credit to the channels that played a significant role in driving sales. Various SMART bidding models were tested to drive maximum return on investment and increase average order value.
