What started as a big idea has now grown into something we are incredibly proud of. This year marked a major milestone for us, as we officially celebrated six years in business. Six years of building brilliant partnerships, delivering meaningful results, and continually raising the bar.
Celebrating Our Sixth National Award
If there is one thing we will always take time to celebrate, it is great work and the people behind it.
This year, we were honoured to win our sixth national award, taking home Best Local PPC Campaign for TBC Conversions. Awards are never the goal, but they are a powerful reminder that when you focus on performance, great things happen.
A huge thank you to our team and to TBC Conversions for trusting us with their growth and allowing us to do what we do best.
Growing the GrowWeb Team
A strong year is always built on strong people and we were delighted to welcome two brilliant new team members to GrowWeb.
This year we welcomed:
Kerry, who joined us as Senior Account Manager, bringing experience, confidence, and a client-first mindset that fits perfectly into our team.
Cora, who joined as our new Digital Marketing Executive, adding energy, creativity, and fresh perspective across campaigns and content.
We are excited to see what we can achieve together and even more excited for what the future holds with them onboard.
Learning, Sharing and Keeping Ahead
Performance marketing never stands still, and neither do we.
This year, members of our team travelled to BrightonSEO and MeasureFest 2025, one of the most respected marketing events in the UK. It was a brilliant opportunity to learn from industry leaders, explore new ideas, and bring fresh thinking back into how we approach PPC, analytics, and performance strategy.
Supporting Future Leaders with SistersIN
Beyond campaigns and awards, we are passionate about giving back to the next generation.
This year we were proud to mentor students as part of SistersIN, supporting future leaders and helping emerging talent develop confidence, skills, and direction as they step into the world of work.
